Challenge
The main challenge with corporate training that relies solely on PowerPoint presentations is that it often leads to a passive and unengaging learning experience. While PowerPoint can be a useful visual aid, its misuse turns training into a “Sick by PowerPoint” lecture, which is ineffective for adult learners.

Making it More Intractive
Considering not many managers know how the eLearning authoring tools work, I created a sample that showcases only basic functions in a few minutes.
Using the Synergy template from the Articulate’s Content Library, the viewers can check what layouts look like, interactive functions, quiz, and survey that let them try moving their hands.
